他人のfeatured tag を見れるのは公開プロフページだけ？それともAPIで見れるんだろうか？

@tateisu 私が公開プロフのjsonで読めるようにしようよってPRして、そのリライト版をEugenさんが作ってマージされそうだったけど、互換性の問題がみつかって引っかかっているという状況であります。
